The advantages and disadvantages of working out at home
Working out at home has many advantages. Firt at all, it does not cost a lot of money. You just have to have weights or a matress and that is it. Another advantage is that you don't have to go to the gym and pay for transportation. Traveling to the gym takes time and costs money but if you work out at home you won't have to pay for transportation.
On the other hand, working out at home has disadvantages too. If you decide to work out at home nobody will help you. In a gym there are specialists that tell you what exercises are better for you. Then, if you stay at home somedays, you won't exercise. At home you have many distractions like the television or the computer.
That's why I think it is better to go to a gym if you want to work out. At a gym you have more equipment and there are specialists that can help you.
